A mild lamb curry with coriander and accompaniments
This week we cooked a recipe from the awesome Rachel Allen from her book Home Cooking. The book is brilliant and we’ve cooked loads from it in the past though we have to say that this particular number was not the best of hers we’ve ever done. I think it was a touch creamy for the gang, though the spicing was really good. Well you live and learn.
