So in week 3 of 2021 we’ve used Jason Atherton’s Social Suppers. We asked the little ones to pick a recipe each. So our son picked Roast Cod With Braised Haricot Beans, Chorizo and Tomato, which was knock out – super tasty. We modified the recipe a little as we couldn’t get dried haricot beans; we used tinned. Our daughter’s choice was Blood Orange Granita With Creme Chantilly and Candied Lime. Oh my word. What a great recipe this one is. This was such a beautiful and refreshing dessert. Next week we are getting very French and very professional chef – this could be tricky to say the least.
