It’s been a while since I’ve posted partially because it’s been busy in the run up to Xmas but also because I’ve been working on something of an experiment linking my blog and my role at work. More on that to come. But for now we are with a legend of cooking. This week our book was At Elizabeth David’s Table by Elizabeth David. Only one recipe this week – Barbados Baked and Glazed Gammon. A tasty and simple take on a baked gamon. Looking back on it, it looks lovely so maybe somthing we’ll dust off again in soon as it’s a great family favourite.
