This week we’ve been using the Crisis Cookbook, compiled by Nicholas Lander to generate funds for Crisis. The book is a very unassuming paperback with sketches of dishes. It features some amazing chefs and includes a recipe for Ferran Adria’s classic deconstructed omelette from El Buli! We went a touch simpler this week with a recipe from the wonderful Sam and Sam Clark of Morro fame. We went to Morro several times years ago but are long overdue for another visit. This week we cooked the rather lovely Fish Tagine with Potatoes Tomatoes and Olives and Salad. This was a super tasty, easy mid-week supper. We’ve been looking at keeping the calories down a little at the moment and I have to say this was a light and tasty supper dish.
