Ebi Katsu

This week our book was The Wagamama Cookbook by Hugo Arnold. This is the cookbook of the recipes from the restaurant chain. We cooked Ebi Katsu and Salmon Hot Pot, which were easy to do and tasty. The Ebi Katsu had a stellar Katsu sauce which our son made and was very Moorish. The Salmon Hot Pot is one of the only recipes in the book that you can’t eat in the restaurant, so we picked it! It was similar to a Monica Galetti soy chicken dish that we often do with salmon as an alternative to chicken. This Wagamama dish has some lovely diced vegetables in the mix and was delicious. The #Wagamama cookbook was good. Next week we’re back with Gordon Ramsay taking it easy.
