So in week 1 of 2021, we’ve used Gordon Ramsay (https://www.gordonramsay.com/) – Healthy Appetite. Three recipes: Crusted Fish Fillets With Tomato Ketchup, Braised Pork With Leeks and Pak Choi, and by far the best was Rice Noodle Salad with Prawns and Thai Dressing.
Update Jan 2022 – We cooked from this book in Jan of 2021, and this post was one of the first we wrote so it is somewhat short on content. We wrote it before we’d entertained the idea of a blog! The book is packed full of healthy recipes, so it is perfect for recovering from the Christmas and New Year feast. This book is really sensibly organised with great sections covering breakfasts and kids food. One year on we tried the really excellent Saffron Marinated Bream with Sweet and Sour Peppers. This was a cracking little dish that I’m certain we’ll be doing again in the future!
Update Jan 2022 part 2 – looking back at this book brought back some good memories, so we also tried Glazed Salmon with Pak Choi and Shiitake. Another lovely little recipe to add to the healthy list.
